Terms in brief and timetable
- Three (3) existing shares in Gunnebo entitle the holder to subscription of two (2) new shares
- Every share held in Gunnebo entitles to two (2) subscription rights, and three (3) subscription rights carry an entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new share
- The subscription price for the new shares is SEK 16.50 per share
- The subscription period is 2 – 16 December 2009
- Trading in subscription rights will take place on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm during the period 2 – 11 December 2009
- Trading in paid subscribed shares (BTA) on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm is expected to take place during the period 2 – 23 December 2009
