The machine guard project comprises some 1500 m of mesh and polycarbonate panels in addition to around 100 doors fitted with Troax's patented safety interlock, Safe Lock. Troax provided its newly developed Smart Fix machine guard, which is characterised by its durability, strength, aesthetic design and quick assembly time.
The machine guard system was ordered by ABB in France. A fast and efficient delivery was facilitated through close collaboration between Troax's sales companies in France and Sweden."Our global and local presence was important to ABB when they placed the order with us, in combination with our ability to guarantee delivery and assembly despite very tight deadlines. Our negotiating position was further strengthened as a result of our also having developed new, interesting products in line with ABB's and Volvo's requirements", continues Lars Morinder.
"Troax sees a positive future despite the current recession. Troax is developing in existing markets and is also concentrating on competing in a number of others in the near future", explains Lars Morinder.
