Information released by Gunnebo concerning its financial position and financial development shall at least meet the minimum demands placed on companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
Publication
Gunnebo provides information that can affect its share price by distributing press releases. This shall occur directly after a decision has been made, an election has taken place or an event has come to the attention of the company.
The press releases are sent to the Stockholm Stock Exchange, at least two established news agencies, at least three national daily newspapers and our subscribers, by e-mail or fax. The information is published simultaneously on Gunnebo’s website.
Period of silence
In conjunction with the financial reports, Gunnebo observes a “period of silence”, from the end of the report period until the results for the period have been published. This means that during this period, Gunnebo is not to discuss or make any comments regarding its financial results.
