Senior Sales Representative, Sweden
Job Specification:
- Responsible for order intake of the safes and cabinets business (ungraded to high graded safes, specialized safes, connected locks) in the Nordic Region (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark) directly or via partners.
- Manage the sales activities in the given regional scope for safes and cabinets business and products like ungraded to high graded safes, specialized safes and connected locks
- Generate new customers and penetrate new markets/segments – drive new direct business
- Tailor and bundle offering to suit the specific customer need, solution selling
- Monitor the performance of the sales ensuring growth in line with plans in the defined market segment (Residential, Commercial, Government and Hotel…)
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for the products.
- To collaboratively manage sales plans and define marketing and sales activities, to maintain and develop sales of the products to existing and new major accounts and customers in line with agreed business plans.
- Securing market intelligence and voice of the customer for the products.
- Act as the business case owner for new offer developments.
- Product performance analysis and sales trends to be analyzed. Support the Sales Director with the Sales Strategy and road map.
- Take active part in pricing strategy.
- Act as the Solution Expert preferable with deep knowledge of the market.
- Lead performance culture change throughout Gunnebo Safe Storage organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by bringing in new business and growing existing accounts
- Target and profit responsibility for Safes & Cabinets products and sales
- Total sales, Margins and cost, Budgets, Forecasting, Leads / new business generation, planning, follow-up and undertake corrective actions when needed.
- All Sales matters within the confines of approved Sales Budget, Business Plan and Delegated Authorities.
- Establishing and developing sustainable networks and relationship with customers and stakeholders (associations, insurance companies, Security advisors).
- Ensure efficient, Sales to Order and Order to Delivery processes and for securing corrective actions if relevant.
- Generate new business through signing up new accounts and penetrating new segments

- Data driven sales using the CRM as a main tool
- Defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap based on prioritization of market/customer requirements, and actively support in selecting attractive business segments together with the Sales Director for Safes & Cabinets Europe
- Gathers & prioritize customer requirements and acting as customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs.
- Securing the competitor intelligence and business intelligence for assigned assortment.
- Package offer, together with marketing team, with sales argument and USPs
- Conduct product profitability analysis including sales developments, margins, price points and business case fulfilment.
- Take active part in pricing strategy.
- Secure payments from customers in line with Gunnebo’s administrative process
- Excellent Sales Management Experience: Developing Sales segment and market strategies to drive growth.
