BUSS Business Controller

General Characteristics:

  • Business partner and co-pilot to the business, working across all teams
  • Providing high-quality analysis, insights, and modelling to enable the right commercial decision making and to capture the company opportunities

Representative activities:

  • Understanding of industry trends and competitive strategy outlook in order to identify opportunities.
  • Conducting market and competitive analysis in liaison with business stakeholders to define business opportunities and enabling requirements
  • Breaking down requirements into strategies to capture business opportunities
  • Developing business cases incl. region/country profitability
  • Ownership of the financial planning and forecasting processes
  • Lead and/or contribute in projects of any nature related to business developments, process improvements, performance management etc
  • Ensuring compliance to company policies and local regulations

Education & Experience:

Typically requires an academic degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience

  • Experience of working as a trusted advisor and essential business partner
  • Experience in pricing strategy development and working with sales organization
  • Extensive understanding of internal and customer P&L - and how pricing and contract terms decisions impact project profitability for Gunnebo and our customers
  • Ability to create relationships to build knowledge and influence all areas and levels of the organization
