About The Role

We are seeking to hire a skilled Key Account Manager for Business Unit Safe Storage in Italy. The position is primarily responsible for prospecting new clients, and executing the sales plan that will enable the region to meet its sales and growth objectives. This position will be based in Vimodrone, and report to the General Manger and Head of BU Safe Storage in Italy. As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the promotion and sale of vaults, strong rooms, security doors, customized safes and our premium product Safe Storage Auto (SSA).

What You Will Do
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with our clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
Research key customer wants and needs
Suggest solutions that answer clients’ needs and wants
Serve as contact point for customers and internal teams
Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
Research and source new potential clients
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
Create reports for upper management
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Actively use your CRM tools
Take part in the trade fairs, conferences, business meetings
Promote our products and brans
Who we are looking for
Person experienced in sales and/or customer services
Previous working experience as Key Account Manager will be an advantage
Very good English will be an advantage
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude in networking and building relationships
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
Act in a target and result-oriented manner
