BUSS- Revenue Management Manager, Europe
General Characteristics:
- Business partner to the regional Sales team in developing, aligning, and implementing the go-to-market pricing strategy for the direct and indirect business
- Providing pricing guidelines (project/ price lists/ promotion) to maximize EBITA and margin
Representative activities:
- Developing analytics and operational tools to enable an innovative Value Led Selling approach
- Developing a Pricing Index Tool to provide pricing guidance and maintain price integrity; ensures comparable are current for all bigger projects to include competitive and win/win pricing intelligences to guide future price decision making
- Analyses impact of pricing and contract term decisions on project profitability and region/country share position and profitability.
- Performs Pricing Analytics to identify pricing trends that impact how to price future project in the region/country.
- Development of a trade terms and promotion concept for the indirect business in the region
- Maintain price lists annually, and if needed during the Fiscal Year, for all distributors, based on agreed trade terms and on local knowledge and intelligence to ensure market competitive
- Analyses impact of trade terms and promotion decisions on profitability and region/country share position.
- Experience in pricing strategy development and working with sales organization
- Extensive understanding of internal and customer P&L - and how pricing and contract terms decisions impact project profitability for Gunnebo and our customers
- Ability to create relationships to build knowledge and influence all areas and levels of the organization
