Salary-setting principles are based on position, market salary levels, individual competence, experience and performance. 

Our remuneration package also includes: 


All the non-cash or non-incentive items of the remuneration package, including, but not limited to, retirement benefits, insurance, vacation, sickness benefits and company car. 


Depending on the position some employees are entitled to a bonus only payable on the basis of achieving defined annual targets in a scheme approved by the Remuneration Committee / Chairman of the Board.
