Reward and Recognition

Each employee shall be rewarded in a correct and fair manner in accordance with their individual performance and contribution to the success of the company.

Salary-setting principles are based on position, market salary levels, individual competence, experience and performance.

Benefits

All the non-cash or non-incentive items of the remuneration package, including, but not limited to, retirement benefits, insurance, vacation, sickness benefits and company car. 

Bonus

Depending on the position some employees are entitled to a bonus only payable on the basis of achieving defined annual targets in a scheme approved by the Remuneration Committee / Chairman of the Board.

Commission

Applies to employees involved in direct sales activities, including post-sales, and with an impact on the sales result.
