Material Planning and Control Engineer
Develop an inventory model & Planning Efficient Material flow to ensure uninterrupted production in Halol Factory.
Eliminate NVA (Waiting & Searching Time for Material Input) in production system to enhance the productivity by 20%.
Minimize Inventory variance by ensuring on production lines the right material with right quantity at right time.
Key Responsibilities
- To Develop Inventory Model, Based on Consumption Pattern, Delivery Constraints etc.
- To Plan Storage /space management and facility planning.
- To Develop systems like KANBAN, Heijunka , Supermarket to streamline production leveling and scheduling.
Education Required: Master of Engineering-(Pref Mechanical/Production stream) / MBA
Language: English
Specific or Technical knowledge: Material Management.
