About The Role:
You will be providing legal advice and compliance support in areas such as privacy, export control, corporate governance, and contracts. In your role, you will be reporting the group’s General Counsel & SVP Sustainability.
What You Will Do:
- Support in compliance related matters, e.g. data privacy, export control and anti-bribery
- Responsible for best practice development and in-house training within compliance and legal
- Manage and monitor corporate governance and contract management
- Provide legal advice in commercial/business matters, including contract drafting and negotiating
- Deal with complex legal and compliance matters with multiple international stakeholders
Who we are looking for:
- Law degree
- 4-6 years of experience - in a multinational business environment – working within data privacy and other parts of the relevant areas of compliance, and/or working as a compliance manager, and/or working as a legal counsel with e.g. legal & compliance related matters
- Strong project management and communication skills
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Experience from drafting, commenting, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Written and spoken fluency in English and Swedish
