About The Role

We are seeking to hire a Project Manager for Business Unit Safe Storage. This position will be based in Kalisz, Poland, and report to the European Director of Service and Projects BU Safe Storage. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision.
Our ideal candidate graduated from a technical university and speaks fluently German.
What You Will Do
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Close cooperation with the field service and preparation of the necessary quotation documents via the ERP system D365
Who we are looking for
Higher technical education
Very good command of German (at least B2 level)
Previous experience as a Project Manager is welcome
Proven success working with all levels of management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to solve problems creatively
Ability to work under time pressure
