  • Lead our HR analytics by identifying, designing and performing statistical analyses and making recommendations on complex HR issues. Ad hoc and regular reporting include annual sustainability reporting
  • Develop deep relationships with leaders across the organisation, HR business partners and recruiters to ensure that our total awards approach has the desired business impact
  • Help building Comp & Ben capability within the broader HR team
  • Look for opportunities to continuously improve, regularly monitor external trends to proactively adjust our programmes. This includes job evaluation, annual compensation reviews, performance management, incentives management, internal pay structures and the like
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on remuneration topics to management and HR colleagues globally
  • You are the main administrator of our global HR system, so the scope of this role includes system configuration, data management, support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall performance of the system
  • The position must ensure accurate best practice and continuous improvements in business process/workflows within our newly implemented HRIS system, including core data, compensation programmes, annual performance reviews, learning paths and other possible system bundles.
