- Be part of our Skill Up, Trainee Program
The objective of the program is to develop young talents in the best way possible and provide insight into our operations and business Units. It is a one-year program with a work assignment, and you will work on a project during the all journey. The programme is tailored to the trainee’s background and the unit’s competence needs. As a trainee you will attend regular training from a prestigious Business School (ESCP) and social gatherings where the trainee group meets to acquire new skills and share experiences. Upon completion of the programme you will have the option to be offered a permanent position in the department where you will continue to work in a new position.

What you’ll do as a Trainee
To support in delivering the Safe Storage strategy for safes and cabinets globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Interaction with markets, customers and sales companies in order to understand and anticipate market and customer needs. Then to take this knowledge and use in creating and developing the safes and cabinets roadmap.
- Analysis of competitors’ offering to ensure our products/services have the right positioning in our markets
- Gain a working knowledge of the safes and cabinets industry, understand and be able to communicate what certification is and how it can influence our strategies
- Using the tools provided, monitor and map profitability of the assigned assortment across the Gunnebo Safe Storage sales footprint and make commercial decisions accordingly.
- Support the Regions with local initiatives, product launches and customer offerings as required.
Education Required: Design or Production engineering background
Language: English essential, working proficiency of other European languages a bonus.
