Key Account Manager Region Nordics
- Target and profit responsibility for Projects Safe Storage products and sales
- Total sales, Margins and cost, Budgets, Forecasting, planning, follow-up and undertake corrective actions when needed.
- All Sales matters within the confines of approved Sales Budget, Business Plan and Delegated Authorities.
- Establishing and developing sustainable networks and relationship with customers and stakeholders (associations, insurance companies, Security advisors).
- Ensure efficient, Sales to Order and Order to Delivery processes and for securing corrective actions if relevant.
- Defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap based on prioritization of market/customer requirements, and actively support in selecting attractive business segments together with the Sales Director for Projects Safe Storage Europe
- Gathers & prioritize customer requirements and acting as customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs.
- Securing the competitor intelligence and business intelligence for assigned assortment.
- Package offer, together with marketing team, with sales argument and USPs
- Acting as sales support on a tactical level, facilitating local sales and being the expert in important customer meetings.
- Conduct product profitability analysis including sales developments, margins, price points and business case fulfilment.
- Take active part in pricing strategy.
- Secure payments from customers in line with Gunnebo’s administrative process
Requirements:
- Typical academic degree for a sales role with several years of experience in Sales/ Customer relation Management/ Business Development OR equivalent education and experience. Knowledge of the targeted business segments is highly appreciated.
- Excellent Sales Management Experience: Developing Sales segment and market strategies to drive growth.
- Hunting qualities within the B2B segment
- Proven, demonstrable experience of leading and or collaborating with other managers/supervisors remotely.
- A remarkably high degree of commercial awareness and acumen to match opportunities with core capabilities of the products, solutions, and its benefits.
- Technical understanding and ability to translate features into benefits.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Safe Storage products.
- Willing and able to drive productivity and performance.
- Ability to engage, motivate and enthuse colleagues and customers.
- Highly credible; ability to build relationships with customers & colleagues.
- Excellence in setting a strategic vision for offer development.
- Very high drive and own initiative with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to capture business opportunities and to prioritize customer requirements into a fit offer.
- Excellent communication skills with Excellent skills in written and spoken English.
- Good relationship building skills.
