Senior Project Manager, Bari, Italy
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at the Innovation Hub in Bari. In this role, you will be responsible for E2E project management of our R&D projects. Your role will involve managing resources, schedules, and financials in a timely manner as well as contributing to process improvement initiatives. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

What You Will Do
Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals
Establish project goals and priorities by collaboration with Production and Sales
Improve R&D and Innovation productivity and capability
Provide timely reports to management on the process of all duties and objectives
Work with sales team and product teams to deliver solutions in response to market requirements
Document all phases of research and development
Oversee and ensure continuous improvement plans, objectives, and procedures to quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality and services
Responsible for the coordination of the Industrialization phase of the R&D projects, including manufacturing, logistics and sourcing activities and teams, to secure the smooth transition of new products into operations.
Who we are looking for
Engineering or Computer Science Degree
Fluent English proficiency (oral & written)
Proven track record in project management, development and manufacturing as a PM or an individual contributor
Official certification or training on Project Management, Agile, SCRUM
Experience in software development as a PO or PM
Excellent communication skills
Leadership profile with strong sense of team
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment
Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
