The objective of the program is to develop young talents in the best way possible and provide insight into our operations and business Units. It is a one-year program with a work assignment, and you will work on a project during the all journey. The programme is tailored to the trainee’s background and the unit’s competence needs. As a trainee you will attend regular training from a prestigious Business School (ESCP) and social gatherings where the trainee group meets to acquire new skills and share experiences. Upon completion of the programme you will have the option to be offered a permanent position in the department where you will continue to work in a new position.

What you’ll do as a Trainee
Support Consolidation of Supply Chain base and creation of common procurement processes among sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Evaluate vendor operations according to quality standards.
- Help foster trusting relationships with business partners.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
Education Required: BSc/BA or MSc in Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Language: Fluent in English and Italian
Specific or Technical knowledge: Knowledge of MS Office, relational databases, and ERP systems
