Gunnebo Entrance Control has installed designer speedgates at the entrance to the Galaxy Towers, China’s tallest twin buildings, in Shenzen, the huge metropolis that links Hong Kong to China’s mainland.

The installation of 42 FLS DS speedgates was completed in July, in time for the twin towers to officially open.

The Galaxy Twin Towers, 356m high, are iconic landmarks in the Shenzen Greater Bay Area. The towers have attracted many high-tech enterprises in the semiconductor chip industry to establish offices there.

Gunnebo speedgates seamlessly integrate into the buildings’ design, allowing the Speedstile FLS DS to fully showcase its capabilities. The FLS DS (“Designer Speedgate”) is a flexible new design, adaptable to match aesthetic requirements through novel materials, finishes and lighting effects.
